Purpose:
To provided a biased review of a used iPhone 3g with 16GB of storage.

So I get this link from Amazon to review the iPhone. I guess millions in sales, the app store and that it holds its vaule isnt for people to make a call whether to buy or not. Perhaps there ought to be an indicator on the top items being sold by Amazon to dentote if a review is necessary or not. I guess its the same as asking me to review a five lb bag of sugar. Some people may be on the fence on whether they require to keep their kool-aid sweetened or not. It would have been lovely to know upfront that the phone was already registered with limited warranty coverage for the reminder of the year. I bought the AMAZON protection coverage..I think the breakage coverage make the plan better than what Apple sells. other than that fact, I would definitely purchase goods from this merchant again. Great experience!

My Iphone 3GS arrived earlier than I expected..ordered on Thursday night, arrived on Monday by USPS .Thanks...It arrived in the condition as advertised and the accessories ..However note, not a deal breaker, but being designated as "NEW", I attempted to register the phone and was told by Apple that it was already registered to a Shawn person (I think).

Mine came locked for AT&T. Cannot use it. It says ActivationState: Factory Activated
& it is set to Carrier AT&T.
Also, it is 16GB, NOT 32GB.
I fundamentally feel anyone after an armed robery.
First time this has happened to me with Amazon.com

So, I already chopped my SIM, payed taxes to get the damn phone in to my country, & now I must pay more to return it again for a refund!!! Damn I am pissed off!

UPDATE 6/16/2011: I'll get full refund. Will give five stars to Iphone, & one star to the shipping company.

I bought this product right here on Amazon , unlocked iphone four. I unwrapped it , plugged in itunes & stuck in my micro sim & the product worked great. I used facetime for the first time tonight & it was apparent that this Apple product is lightyears ahead of any Phone or OS I have used on any other smartphone. I have no dropped calls & absolutely not even single issue. I will admit that it seems the battery reduces at about the rate of any laptop computer (Mac of work) when using power hungry apps but apart from that I am so happy I bought this phone, if only everything could be this straightforward. Well done Apple, well done.

I'm a traditionalist when it comes to mobile rings - I need that I can make calls on. Well, that was one time the case. It is important you sign up with a nice provider - heaps of knowledge useage etc - and after that you will become dependent ont his gadget.
My top makes use of:
one. Phone calls and texts (love the way the text messages are displayed as a conversation)
two. E mail. I use Safari to check my hotmail, because I find it annoying that the built in inbox doesn't update my hotmail.
three. Application: Words with Friends - Great fun way to play Scrabble on the go with friends

Other common makes use of are alarm clock, timer, or other nice applications and the notes device.

I'd recommend this product to someone. I am yet to have any issues.
